It could lessen in a couple days or it can take a week. Your symptoms are no surprise especially if you are not on stimulants regularly or have not been in the near past. You should have an amphetamine effect whenever you start this drug or increase the dosage. It may be for a day only, but it is pretty typical. Don't be so worried unless it is unbearable and impairingThe tremor should go away too. That may last a little longer than a day or a week. WB XL might make you a little hypo in the beginning, but just keep track of your symptoms. Just imagine drinking lots of coffee when you aren't much of a coffee drinker.
Definitely start out at 150mg and keep it there for a month or two, and do not do the 150 for the first 4 days and jump to 300mg schedule. Starting out at 300mg after a week or two even is a big mistake because you should not have more of this drug if you don't need it. If you do, you will not benefit because excess norepinephrine will just make you ill and jittery. I personally believe it's a more norepinephrine drug than dopamine drug over the long term. The insomnia goes away in the beginning too.
I personally found myself to be agitated on this drug when i moved up to 300XL, but that has gone away I think.
This is my third trial on WB, and I have been on it for 10 months this time.
