I upped from 10 to 20 in December. I only felt the side effects for about a week or so and they weren't as severe as the beginning. The only thing I can't get rid of is insomnia! You have a good attitude about it, you will feel better soon!

Good luck to you Lexy. I believe that you and I are in pretty much the same situation. I have been on Lexapro for 10 weeks as well, but was upped to 20mg from 10mg yesterday after a meeting with the pdoc. I woke up this morning with the same difficulty I had when I first starting taking the drug, but I know it will take time for my body to adjust again. You will get back to your old self again just like I will.
