Like me - I'm BPII and GAD. I am the rapid cycling type and the mania manifests as irritability and some feelings of super powers - how good is that? So far the "magic" combination is effexor xr 150mg, buspar 20mg at night - really helps me sleep; and 10mg in the morning. I am still experiencing anxiety attacks but they are getting better. I have tried vistaril (no effect on me) and now on a weeney bit of xanax 0.25mg that doesn't quite work but I am prone to dependcies.
