Chess-
If you are diagnosed with panic/anxiety disorder you can be 100% certain you will feel like you are about to lose your marbles at times..

the good news is you can also be 100% certain that that will NOT happen

a panic attack can only go so far..is your bodies fight/flight response that produces things like a feeling of unreality that can make it feel like you are going crazy..but it gets to a certain point..and that is it..it is the constant fear of what is on the other side of that point that keeps us anxious..however..in time we realize that there is nothing more to be afraid of..we have lived thru the worst panic attacks can do many times over...then the fear of them lessens..and the panic attacks become less frequent until they go away..

people that truly become psychotic or delusional do not usually feel anxioius about it...my therapist always tells me that truly crazy people do not know that they are crazy most of the time..
