hey all...i have been panicky for days...feel like i dont know where i am or what im doing, like im losing it! my pdoc is on vacation as i said and i was reluctant to go to 20mgs or even 15 as her covering md suggested...but i talked to my therapist today (i see a social worker and the pdoc just for medicine) and she said she thinks that the paxil is finally all out of my system (was on it 8 yrs to recap, and been on lex 5 weeks). she says maybe thats why im panicking...just dont have enough meds in the system and that i SHOULD go to 15. keep in mind shes not an md but she does know a lot about this stuff.
help?
