Spring break dilema

I am a college student.I have been on lexapro 10mgs since august.I am going to Padre for a week tommorrow for spring break.I know i will be drinking alcohol.What should i do?Drink very little and continue taking my med or stay off of the lex for a week and drink how much i want?Or dont drink?The last one is a hard one for me....
