Old AP's & most atypical AP's feature H1 & 5-HT2A blockade, but you can get it in other drugs too. I take Remeron with Effexor, but other drugs that would be good are most of the TCA's especially Trimipramine, Doxepin, Amitriptyline & Nortriptyline. Any one of those at about 25mg will improve your sleep quality.
