I eat less on purpose. Sometimes I starve mself, but I still gained weight on Effexor. I have no energy, so I'm more sedentary. That is the only other thing I can think of other than the Effexor. I wish more people would post if they've gained weight on Effexor because my Dr. says it does not cause weight gain.
