Hi:
Gi problem along with stomach discomfort is QUITE common among WB takers, including myself. My starting dosage was around 100 mg. for the first week or so, then gradually moved up to 200 mg. and finally reached at the 300 mg. I took 400 mg. also, occasionally, ... but my pdoc. did not like me to take this amount, then went back to 300 mg. and staying on this dosage.

In my guess, your stomach problem, sounds to me like 'stomach-pain with excess gas building up in your system' that I experienced sometime in the beginning, ... in my recollection. For this remedy, I took 'Gas-Ex' and also my 'self-diet' not to eat greasy foods, potato and milk related foods and all other 'gas' producing foods. For 'heart-burn,' I took 'Prevacid,' but this made me 'nauseous feelings' along with 'dizziness.' Currently, I take 'Maalox/Max' with Cherry-Flavor whenever my stomach problem happens. Usually, before and after bedtime.

However, if you do NOT feel right on taking WB, then you may need to call your pdoc. for consultation.
H.G.
