Lexapro, Wellbutrin transition

I recently was taking lexapro & started on Welbutrin 150mg. I felt great for 1wk then started on 300mg per dr orders. I then "was pushed over the edge" - very fog-headed, dizzy, headache - like when I suffered from the depression. I went back to the 150mg (1day) & am praying it works. Any feedback from the experienced?
