Yeppers. When I was on 150mg of Effexor I was barely able to brush my teeth the nausea was so bad. I got my doc to give me Remeron for sleep & it totally eliminated the nausea. I am now on 300mg of Effexor + 30mg of Remeron per day with hardly no side effects.
