According to the articles I've read on this, it's a nation-wide thing. Pot is now completely legal by prescription, available in pharmacies, and what's more -- once a patient has a doctor's recommendation to present to the pharmacist, they can go back and purchase more anytime they need it without a prescription!
P.S. I'm definitely going to visit B.C. one of these days!
