Zoloft, Prozac, Efexor and Ixel worked perfect for my mood. I was on other ADs, but these were the only ones that worked for my mood. The problem is that I had similar sexual side effects in all of them, including Milnacipran.

I never had drowsiness on any, so I can't say for that.
Maybe Milnacipran can cause sexual side effects in less people, but it also does it!
