Can't speak for the Trazodone, but when I was on Topamax, it was very sedating at the beginning, but it went away completely once my body adjusted to a steady dose (once you've stopped titrating up). Klonopin can make you sleepy too, especially if you're not on a maintenance dose. When I was taking it every day, it never made me sleepy...just took away the anxiety wonderfully. Now I just take it when needed, and it does tend to cause some tiredness.Hope this helps a little,
