You have a common movement disorder due the medications your doc's put you on. The doc's should put you on another medication to stop your tremors, which are a side effect from your medication, if they don't know what they are doing..then you have to get a referal to a specialist. I'm an Rn whose worked in psychiatry for 12 years, but off for 4 due to my severe unipolar depression...my memory is poor from medication...but any antipsychotic medication can for sure give you these head movements, tounge movements, arms, hands etc...there's a name for them...I'll find out what it is, and get back to you!! Cogentin is a medication we used to use to stop these movements in patients on our unit. I hope this is somewhat helpful.
