The wellbutrin works better with an ssri as someone else has alread said. I take it with effexor. I take effexor at night and wellbutrin with klonopin in the day. The wellbutrin does not make me lethargic. In fact it hypes me up. The klonopin takes the edge off. As far as sexual side effects there are none. In my case just the opposite. Good luck. terrics
