> Hi Civ, I am just coming off of near 8 weeks of being on Lamictal--

1. discontinuing it for various reasons
I do believe it has some mood stabilizing properties and some AD properties.
However I am obsessive as ever and one of the main reasons I am D/Cing is because I feel it is exacerbating my anxiety and sleep difficulties-I am also already on 3 mg of Klonopin, ambien and am not currently taking a specific med for obsessiveness.
2. Just because this is what I percieve to be the exact relationship between Lamictal and increased anxiety does not neccessarily mean that you will respond in the same way!
3. I hope I am not stopping it too soon -to tell if these S/E's would pass or not!
4. Also as well , you know everyone is very different so please DO NOT let my experiences disuade you from giving this drug a fair shot at being effective for you!
