It's not you. It's definitely the withdrawl. I've experience significant irritability everytime I withdrawl or do a significant med change-up. The prozac will definitely do the trick just give it time. IN THE MEANTIME, I find moderate-to-intense exercise for thirty minutes to an hour helps my irritability immensely. It's the best promise for immediate relief. I'd also try a hot bath/shower/sauna.

Remember that's this is just a phase. Stay calm and know that all that irritability will fade.

So since the Prozac doesn't kick in for a while, I guess I'm pretty much med free right now. And I just hate everybody and everything!! I was wondering if anyone else experienced this as a symptom of depression. I've been depressed ever since I've been on the Lexapro, but now that I'm completely off it, I feel like this. Its just not how I usually am. I don't know if its withdrawal or what. I know my friends are wondering what the heck is wrong with me, and I just can't shake it. Arg!!!
