Thanks for the advice, to be honest I am scared to start taking it, I have no idea why, I guess cause its new...I am scared I will have some kind of reaction to it, even thought of going to the hospital and sitting in waiting room after taking first does...how bizzare is that?! Nausea I can deal with to a point but I am so afraid of panic attacks from it, anxiety, feelings of detachment to myself, hallucinations....which none of these are side effects to the med so why must I be so scared?!!!
> when i was on the generic, pink capsule lithium, the side effects were really bad. i felt nauseated all the time, especially while taking the pills, and i threw up a lot. i got dizzy and had tremors. one time when my lithium level got too high, i passed out and ended up in the hospital with a concussion.

> good luck!
