It took me 3 years to recover during that time I had much rest, healthy diet, vitamins, exercise, 10mg Celexa per day, and ativan as needed. I am completely off all drugs today and recovered. I did not like the side effects of Celexa at all and felt it gave me trembling left hand and brought it's own type of anxiety with it. I prefer not to use Ativan as it is addicting and I built a tolerance too it during the time I took it though I took it in .5 and 1 doses only as needed (not every day).

I've taken very small doses of ativan as needed to take the edge off and help me sleep .5 but could use something else I think. Buspar looks like it sucks to me from what people tell me. My doctor suggested maybe a mild mood stabilizer. What would you suggest for a mild mood stabilizer?

These would give you an excellent nights sleep & this maybe just enough to get you through and are easy to give up. If you try these wait till the weekend and/or try half the above doses to start with. Remeron at 15mg can knock you out for 12 hours when you first start taking it.
