I always need high doses of drugs. Most recently I was on 90mg Adderall, 300mg Wellbutrin, 3mg Klonopin, and 20mg Lexapro. These are 4 of over 40 drugs I've been on.
At work a few months back, I had a total breakdown...couldn't do the simplest thing. Went straight to my psychiatrist and after 20 years being diagnosed with major depression, I presented with bipolar and got THE correct diagnosis. She put me on Symbyax 6mg/50mg and kept the Klonopin in the mix. My brain worked and the anger disappeared.
Stay far away from caffeine and talk to your psychiatrist.
I was very treatment resistant. Of course I was, the wrong disease was being treated. It can average seven years for a psychiatrist to diagnose bipolar. I'm not saying that is your case but it's possible. Talk it over with a competant psychiatrist and if you want, you can print this post and hand it to him.
