I would say yes. One person here once used it to prevent tolerance to Adderall. He reported success. I am currently conducting a trial of memantine. It has shown some encouraging signs of working for my bipolar depression. I am currently taking:
imipramine 300mg
Zoloft 200mg
Lamictal 300mg
Abilify 10mg
memantine 20mg
I don't feel that I have experienced any side effects from memantine adding to those I already had from the other drugs.
