Most of the big pharm companies have compassion programs, that provide their drugs to people who can't afford them. Each company has its own guidelines, but you can check out sites like NAMI or Depression Central for links to the programs. Usually, low income and a need for the drugs is about all it takes, and most companies send the drugs to your doctor directly -- about a three month supply at a time.
