I have never in my life weighed more than 110lbs and suddenly I just ballooned up. I realize it was because I had given into the sugar cravings, but when I tried to correct the problem by proper diet and powerwalking no less than 5 miles a day....I found that after 3 weeks I hadn't even lost a pound. It was disappointing.

Hi Jasmine,

Unfortunately Nardil's worst side effect is weight gain, but it's primairly the MAOI to use if you are an anxious type. Parnate is stimulating & is probably best for people with atypical depression, but YMMW, so you will just have to find out.

Cheers,
Panda.
