Should I try something new???

Well, it's been a week since I started the Effexor XR and I am still not sleeping at night, even with 2 Tylenol PMs. I feel ok throughout the day and I like what the drug seems to be doing for me, I just dread going to bed at night. Also, I am still on the original 37.5mg dose and haven't even increased to 75mg yet...help? Anyone have any suggestions?
