I've taken Ritalin and Dexedrine in the past {Dexedrine worked best for me) but haven't for some time because it's been difficult to get an appointment with an MD since I've moved. What do people with ADD on Effexor tend to take? Are there any new drugs? Can I not take Dexedrine now that I'm on Effexor?

Effexor + Amphetamines won't give you serotonin syndrome, but it will most likely do bad things for blood pressure, so it should be constantly monitored.
