Hi:
20 mg. Zyprexa is quite a 'heavy' dosage, if you have Bipolar. However, it sounds to me like you have so to speak, 'Shizoaffective Bipolar disorder' that means your Bp is more close/resemble to Shizophrenia form of Bipolar. In that case, 20 mg. Zyprexa is appropriate dosage.
In regard to 'inattentive Add,' ... and then asking what form of med. for this condition. In my suggestion, either Wellbutrin SR/XL(currently) or Strattra might be a good choise. The W.B. is a sort 'stimulant,' for that reason, you may need one more med. to counteract S.E. from taking W.B. In my case(BP II with ultra rapid cycler), Serzone/Nefadozone makes things/S.E. mellow out. However, some saying, Strattra is better than W.B., because this med. has a good property of anti-depressant, although it's made for ADD.
Those two meds. and another 'stimulant' is 'provigil'(sp?), you could look for. However, if your 'mania' is quite 'severe form' such as 'psychotic' and 'delutional' type, then you need to search for other 'stimulant' for your ADD.
