As far as I know, kaolin is a type of clay...it is always the top ingredient listed in various cosmetic facial masks & body "mud" treatments. It is actually in the Nardil, huh? I suppose they are using it to bind the ingredients of the pill together...I wouldn't think they'd use it if it affected absorbtion into the body. However, on the free-thinking side, I suppose the thick, gummy properties of kaolin could somehow block or clog absorbtion. Don't know. I hope someone else does!! Good luck!
