It seems the only meds you read about on this sight are ones with people having negative issues so I thought I would share a positive experience. Keppra has done wonders for my anxiety and is much different than Neurontin. It also has lifted my OCD and depression, or maybe the lack of so much anxiety has caused the others to fade away. I'm currently taking no SSRI's or other type med and just taking the Keppra (500mg twice daily). I have also felt more assertive and not so blah. At first there were mild sides, a little sleepy, but after a month on it so much has lifted and I don't have the cognitive and sexual issues that come with SSRI's and even benzo's. For anyone how has had bad luck (no luck) with Neurontin for any type of anxiety I would suggest Keppra but you have to wait it out for a few weeks to benefit.
