I started at 37.5 mg and have since moved up to 75mg. I found the side effects were worse at the beginning, but I did experience an immediate calming effect. After about a week and a half at 37.5mg the effect wore off and I increased my dose to 75mg. So far so good and no additional side effects from increasing the dose, which is great! Good luck!
