question for chemist about seroquel

On rxlist.com it says that seroquel is an antagonist at 5-ht1a. Is it an antagonist at the 5-ht1a presynaptic autoreceptor, or the post synaptic receptor.

If it is an antagoist at the postsynaptic receptor then wouldn't this be bad for depression?
