No experience with Provigil other than I know it promotes wakefullness/alterness. I do have experience with Strattera, but limited success. It was hard to tell if it was positively influencing attention symptoms; the psychostimulants are much more effective. I think that Strattera (atomoxetine) *may* theoretically procure greater efficacy if it is prescribed in concert with Provigil - it's an interesting therapy. I'd like to know how it turns out if you are actually prescribed this undiscovered polypharmacy scenerio.
