If your sister recommended it to you, I think you schould ask her, what to expect from this drug. I think she will have her reasons to choose this drug.

I also think its too soon. I wouldnt make any decision regarding stopping this drug, without consulting your sister.

Hmm.. I am too lazy to make a complete translation of a drug monograph. In general, it has *very few* side effects. Its anticholinergic activity is weak. But, like all other tricyclics and other drugs, you can get almost anything from them.
But dont worry about this.
And if there are problems, just talk to your sister...
