Dr made some changes any one on synthroid?

I was on 75mg of effexor and he upped it to 112.5 lamictal stayed the same at 100 mgs a day. But my thyroid T4 is right on the threshold it's low. he added 100 mcg of synthroid.. is that a low dose?
anyone have any positive effects from adding synthroid?
