Just started Trileptal...

I have just started Trileptal, taking 600 mg last night before bed. I want to be careful in monitoring its side-effects, so I had the following questions:

1. How soon would the hyponatremia come into play if it's something I might be susceptible to?

2. If hyponatremia reversable? Meaning, if I get it from the Trileptal, would stopping the drug reverse these effects and make it go away?

3. Any other side-effects to watch out for (hair loss, memory loss, etc.)?
