Advice on switching from Paxil to Nardil

Hi Guys,

I have been on paxil for 6 months now. Over the last 6 weeks I have lowered my Paxil dose from 40mg to 10mg. I will go off completely in 1 week. (I have discontinued Paxil once before in the past without problem.)

I will be starting a Nardil prescription sometime in the near future (15mg 3x per day).

Some Questions:
* How long should I wait between stopping Paxil and starting Nardil?
* I am also taking Klonopin prn from 0.5 to 2.0mg a day. Are Nardil and Klonopin safe to take together?
* In general, any advice or experiences that people out there can share with me?

Basically, I have a lot of work stress and anxiety. In addition, I have had mild SAD. Klonopin has been very helpful but I also do not want to become dependent on benzos.
