Exffexor Reduction Update

Just wanted to say "thanks" to the folks on this site that posted how to break the 75 mg Effexor
Capsules in half...and taper down.

I am almost ready to stop the 37.5 mg dose I have been taking...and it really has lessoned the withdrawl effects.

I guess the proof will be total cessation.

I will keep you posted.
