I gained 20 lbs at least on Risperdal. Yuk. I am sorta thin anyway but had the "belly". I switched from Risperdal to Seroquel and lost the weight but recently gained some of it back due to eating out in restaurants too much. At least I hope it isn't the Seroquel. I have a gym membership but haven't been going. I like Pilates, it is my favorite exercise class. Nice to know others have the same problem. Right now I weigh 136 and should weigh 122. (I'm 5'3" ands have a small frame.) Being overweight on the Risperdal was awful I felt bloated every am. Good luck to all trying to lose med related weight.Tammy
