Well,
11 days now. The constipation, ahem, cleared up. I get the muscle freezing (i think that was the swallowing - though maybe they are 'brain zaps?? after yawning mostly, or just when very tired. Sleep slightly improving. Night sweats still constant, as is anorgasma, which is beginning to be a pain. Dry mouth not so bad, certainly not as bad as when I was on the Atkins diet.
Still worth it tho. My friends think I'm happier and more placid, though I'm not sure placid is what I want to be!
