I can only give you my experience of reboxetine.. I'm in UK where its available..
First time I tried was 3 years ago, when I was alot more sick than I am now.. for 3 weeks on it I cried solidly.. then I tried it for 2 months again last year (October / November) and within a week of starting it I started to get very bad anxiety, after 6 weeks I was having constant panic attacks and in such a wound up, ready spring mode I came off.. it made me decide to come off all psych medication (it was my 30th med!!!)
A close friend of mine has been on it for 3 years now though and has found it very usefuil for his depression
