My doctor has added 30 mg of desipramine to my meds. 10 mg in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, and 10 at night. I stopped smoking cigarettes (to which I was INCREDIBLY addicted) about two weeks after, and the desire to smoke a cigarette was extremely mild.
