Thanks I am trying to stop slowly - your right I look for that extra jolt of energy it gives you. Unfortunately I also smoke a lot too. One kind of goes with the other (for me atleast). I am guessing both of the nicotine and caffeine combined it brining back my anxiety..........thanks
