> I've just started switching from Zyprexa to Seroquel to try to knock out a bit of depression. At 50mgs, it already seems to be helping with depression. I imagine I'll have to go to at least 100. But I feel sedated during the day (I take it at night), and I have some chest/back muscle tightness. Has anyone found that that goes away after awhile? I tried taking 25mgs Sunday morning, and was astounding at how it lifted depression quickly (though I was way too sedated).

Some people report that the sedation actually mitigates with higher dosages. A friend of mine was knocked out at dosages between 50mg and 300mg. She is now very alert and active at 700mg.

Good luck.
