I had that feeling while on Effexor XR. I felt like I needed to jump out my skin. Stretching didnt help. I think it was from the (awful & extreme) anxiety the Effexor caused me. It was not the right drug for me. It might for you though. And since your recent dose change, your body may just need to adjust.
