PaxilCR vs regular Paxil

Posted by scatterbrained on June 10, 2004, at 15:16:54

I told a doctor once that the regular paxil, although it seemed to work, caused such terrible stomac problems that I lossed all this weight and decided to stop it. Then I asked him if the new CR would help with the lack of appetite and his response was"yeah it would but that's about all it does". Has anybody heard or has had an experience with this?I'm asking because I am on the PaxilCR right now and it doesn't seem to be working the way the regular Paxil did. My biggest fear is that it has nothing to do with the PaxilCR at all;that I've just become treatment resistent to every medication.
