Ritanserin is a drug without a cause.
It is probably the cleanest 5-HT2 receptor antagonist out there. Unfortunately, there is no one disease which it has been found to treat as monotherapy. It would probably make a great tool to augment other drugs, but right now there is little incentive to develop it for market. You can't get it - at least not easily.
