Hi, I've been on Lexapro for about 2 years now. I take 40mg. Just be patient it takes about 4-6 weeks for the medication to reach its theraputic effects. If you are not feeling better after this amount of time. Then you can adjust the dosage. If the dosage does not help then you can always try another med.
