Adding Provigil to Strattera

Hi everyone--
I know a lot of people take Provigil with Strattera. Does this help counteract the tiredness that Strattera causes? I've been on Strattera for a little over a week, and I just doubled the dose. The fatigue that I had before when starting is even worse now. How does one obtain Provigil from one's doctor? My pdoc has no problem giving me Xanax and Ativan, but I've never suggested that he prescribe something like a stimulant. I'm taking Strattera for ADD symptoms and I really want it to work. Any suggestions? Please help. Thanks! CB
