Hey guys! Good for you Scribbler! It really is a committment. I had to teach a weights class at 6am this morning, and the ONLY reason I went is because i HAD to as the teacher! Getting up and out the door is truly the hardest part. I am always so happy afterwards and I have seen so many people losing weight and looking and feeling great in my class. There is no feeling like it.
If I were to recommend ANY program - it would be Bill Phillip's Body for Life - you can get the book almost anywhere. It is NOT a diet - it is just the most sensible way of eating and working out and it works. It is a 12 week committment.
