11 to 18 hours of sleep a day, no problem. They did the tests for narcolepsy, but couldn't get approval from my shrink to discontinue 300 mg/day of Effexor, so results are too messed up for diagnosis.
Best sleep is during daylight, when exposed to light (so much for those sun lamps to perk me up!)
Feel like I'm gonna go stark raving loony any day now... the only time I feel refeshed from sleep is when I'm allowed to sleep through most of daylight hours. Not terribly practical when I'm trying to make it through university. Got kicked out, they didn't take my situstion seriously.I imagine you've experienced something similar yourself. I'd stake 100$ at least one person has told you to buy an alarm clock. As if that's all it took. We'd own 6000$ alarm clocks invented by NASA if it would get our lives back to normal!
Hope you get a little rest, you deserve it
